Responsibilities
Manages VoIP and unified communication systems, ensuring high-quality voice services for internal teams and clients. .
- Configure SIP trunks, PBX, and call routing policies.
- Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
- Maintain VoIP servers and contact center voice systems.
Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Electronics
- Certifications: Cisco Collaboration, Asterisk, SIP, or Avaya
- 3+ years managing VoIP platforms and contact center voice solutions
Skills:
- Expertise in SIP trunking, PBX configuration, QoS tuning
- Familiarity with SBCs, call routing logic, and network jitter analysis
- Experience integrating VoIP with CRM or CCaaS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and capacity planning
