Responsibilities

Manages VoIP and unified communication systems, ensuring high-quality voice services for internal teams and clients. .
  • Configure SIP trunks, PBX, and call routing policies.
  • Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain VoIP servers and contact center voice systems.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Electronics
  • Certifications: Cisco Collaboration, Asterisk, SIP, or Avaya
  • 3+ years managing VoIP platforms and contact center voice solutions
Skills:
  • Expertise in SIP trunking, PBX configuration, QoS tuning
  • Familiarity with SBCs, call routing logic, and network jitter analysis
  • Experience integrating VoIP with CRM or CCaaS platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and capacity planning
