The Security Manager at Horizon Scope is responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the protection of Horizon Scope’s internal infrastructure and delivering security services for ICT customers. This is an onsite role, requiring expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance. The Security Manager will lead the SOC team, manage incident response, and ensure security best practices across Horizon’s internal infrastructure and client environments.

• Oversee 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage security incident response.
• Ensure protection of Horizon Scope’s internal IT and network infrastructure.
• Lead the security team in monitoring, detection, analysis, and mitigation of cyber threats.
• Manage security services delivery for ICT customers, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DS).
• Supervise deployment and optimization of security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, XDR).
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external cybersecurity vendors or clients.
• Provide regular security reports, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.
• Drive security awareness and training programs for internal teams and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• At least 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Industry certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
•  Deep knowledge of SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Expertise in risk management, compliance, and security frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
•  Strong experience with security tools: SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, WAF, Firewalls.
• Ability to manage and mentor SOC analysts, security engineers, and IT security teams.
•  Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
