Responsibilities
- Own pipeline hygiene: ensure all deals are accurately staged, qualified, and updated
- Track every deal from lead qualification through proposal, contract signing to cash collection
- PMO and Follow up on stalled deals: identify blockers, coordinate resolution, and escalate when needed
- Coordinate between KAMs and Horizon internal teams (ICT, PMO, Delivery, Procurement, Finance)
- Chase internal teams for site surveys, vendor quotes, procurement POs, and technical approvals on behalf of KAMs
- Ensure delivery handover from Sales to PMO is complete and documented post-contract signing
- Prepare weekly pipeline health analysis and materials: deal status, conversion rates, SLAs, aging, blockers, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales operations, commercial PMO, or revenue operations in B2B / ICT / Telecom
- Proven track record in pipeline management, deal tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong PMO and execution drive: ability to drive actions, track progress, and ensure follow-through across teams
- Experience with working with CRM and ERP systems in a B2B Sales environment (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, and Project Management tools
