Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor information and purchase history.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and specifications.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of current market trends and conditions.
• Ensure that procurement processes comply with organizational and legal standards.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
