Responsibilities
Product Catalogue & Roadmap
• Define, maintain, and update Horizon’s ICT product catalogue across all technology domains
• Build and own the ICT product roadmap, aligned with market trends and Horizon’s commercial strategy
• Ensure the catalogue reflects current vendor capabilities, pricing, and technical feasibility
Pricing & Margin Management
• Set reference pricing models and margin thresholds for all ICT products
• Own the pricing exception approval process for live deals, with defined turnaround SLA
• Ensure pricing decisions are documented and accessible to Pre-Sales, Finance and Management
Business Cases & Investment Decisions
• Build structured business cases for new product investments, covering market sizing, margin profile, and implementation requirements
• Present investment recommendations to ICT Product Director and Management
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings by ICT vertical on a monthly basis
• Consolidate field feedback from Pre-Sales and KAMs to continuously improve the product portfolio
• Maintain a structured win/loss database by product to inform roadmap prioritization
Qualifications
Experience
• 10+ years in ICT product management, product commercialization, or solution management in a B2B context
• Demonstrated experience defining pricing models and managing product P&L or margin tracking
• Background in telecommunications, systems integration, or managed ICT services preferred
Certifications
• Relevant ICT vendor certifications (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft) – A plus
• Product management certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) – Optional
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of ICT products: Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Storage & Computing, etc.
• Strategic thinking: ability to read market trends, anticipate competitors’ moves, and translate emerging technology shifts into concrete product strategies, go-to-market and sales for Horizon
• Ability to build financial models and business cases
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems for catalogue and pipeline data
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
Soft Skills
• Executive communication: ability to present products, recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
• Analytical and structured: capable of translating market data into actionable product decisions
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills: must work effectively with Pre-Sales, Partnerships, Sales and Finance
• Arabic and English, fluent
