Responsibilities
Project Initiation & Handover
- Own the formal handover from Pre-Sales to PMO at contract signature, ensuring all project documentation (contract, PO, scope) is complete, documented and recorded in ERP System
- Initiate the project file and assign tracking references for all ICT projects
Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate PR issuance with Pre-Sales, from proposal stage to project delivery
- Follow up PO issuance and approval with ICT and Finance teams, with tracking against committed timelines
- Escalate procurement delays proactively to avoid downstream delivery impact
Delivery Tracking & Milestone Management
- Coordinate with the Technical Delivery team on project milestones, to ensure on-time delivery to the customer
- Track logistics, equipment delivery, and installation milestones across all active ICT projects
- Manage vendor follow-up for delivery delays in coordination with Partnerships
- Maintain weekly project status reports for ICT Product Direct, Commercial team and Management
Revenue Recognition & Invoicing
- Collect UAT sign-off and customer acceptance documents from the Project Manager
- Trigger invoicing with Finance upon confirmed delivery acceptance
- Maintain full project documentation archive: contracts, POs, delivery notes, acceptance forms, invoices
- Follow up on outstanding invoices with Cash Collection for major ICT projects
