Provide deep technical expertise in network infrastructure and cybersecurity to support presales, solution design, and client engagements. Responsible for developing secure and scalable ICT solutions that address customer pain points and drive business value. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, validate, and present network & security architectures tailored to client needs. 

• Deliver technical workshops and Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) for firewalls, SD-WAN, intrusion prevention, and access control. 

• Provide technical leadership on RFPs, contributing to security strategy and documentation. 

• Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and Horizon’s Sales/Delivery teams to refine offerings. 

• Ensure solutions meet industry compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). 

• Participate in SOC service onboarding and advanced threat modeling discussions. 

• MSc/MSc in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or similar. 

• 7+ years in network/security engineering; 3+ in presales/design. 

• Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP (preferred). 

Skills: 

• Deep expertise in NGFW, VPN, VLAN, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, cloud security. 

• Ability to translate complex security into client-ready solutions.
