Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fiber maintenance activities across all assigned sites.
- Manage fault response, troubleshooting, and restoration for fiber networks.
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, and oil-field operational procedures.
- Prepare technical reports, root cause analysis, and maintenance documentation.
- Act as the main technical focal point for emergency fiber incidents.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in fiber O&M
- Oil & Gas field experience preferred
- Strong leadership & reporting skills
