Responsibilities
1 – Website Ownership & Optimization
· Own and manage the corporate website as a commercial and lead-generation platform
· Ensure content accuracy, product updates, SEO optimization, and UX improvements
· Coordinate with IT/agency for enhancements, landing pages, and integrations
· Monitor website analytics: traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, lead submissions
· Continuously optimize conversion funnels

2 – Social Media Channels Management
· Own and manage Horizon’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
· Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities
· Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
· Monitor engagement metrics and community management performance
· Coordinate with agencies for content production when needed

3 – Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation
· Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation and awareness
· Manage paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and performance budgets
· Develop landing pages and campaign journeys
· Track and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, and pipeline contribution
· Ensure CRM integration and proper lead tracking

4 – Performance Analytics & Reporting
· Own digital performance dashboards (weekly & monthly reporting)
· Analyze funnel performance: impressions → clicks → MQL → SQL → opportunity
· Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
· Measure campaign ROI and digital contribution to revenue
5 – Digital Product Marketing & Enablement
· Position digital products clearly across all online channels
· Develop product sheets, campaign briefs, and value propositions
· Support Commercial team with digital-driven sales enablement materials
· Align offers and pricing communication with Product and Commercial teams

Qualifications
Experience:
· 4–7 years in Digital Marketing
· Experience in B2B, ICT, Telecom, or technology-driven environments preferred
· Proven track record in managing website and performance campaigns
Technical Skills:
· Website CMS management (WordPress or similar)
· SEO & conversion optimization
· Google Analytics (GA4)
· Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
· CRM integration & lead tracking
· Strong reporting & dashboard skills
