Manages end-to-end import logistics and customs clearance for Horizon’s operations. Ensures timely and compliant delivery of all inbound goods by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, delivery teams, and external vendors.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP and support financial/audit reporting
• Ensure delivery readiness aligned with project schedules
• Optimize logistics costs and improve process efficiency

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in import/export operations
• In-depth knowledge of Iraqi customs procedures and compliance
• ⁠Familiarity with ERP and shipping systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Strong coordination and vendor management abilities
• High attention to documentation and process accuracy
• Problem-solving under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and shipment reporting tools
