Responsibilities
1- Project Delivery:
• Plan and execute CRM projects from initiation to closure
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources
• Manage project scope, budget, and delivery timelines
2- Technical Coordination:
• Bridge technical and business teams to align on requirements
• Facilitate technical workshops, UAT, and go-live activities
• Ensure quality deliverables and comprehensive documentation
3- Change Management:
• Drive user adoption across Sales, Product, Delivery, Technical, Finance, etc.
• Deliver training programs and end-user documentation
• Provide support to L2, L3 and L4, and issue resolution
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years CRM project management experience
- 5+ years in Agile/Scrum or IT project delivery
Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM or equivalent – Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator (e.g. ADM201) – Optional
Technical Skills:
- Functional: knowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities
- Project Management: risk management, budgeting, resource planning
- Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, retrospectives, ceremonies
- Tools: Monday/Jira, MS Project, Confluence
Soft Skills:
- Stakeholder management at C-level
- Team leadership and conflict resolution
- Arabic and English, fluent
