Responsibilities
- Track new tender opportunities (RFQs, RFPs, Tenders).
- Review tender documents (ITB) and identify key requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Pre-Sales, Finance, Sales, and Legal) to collect required documents.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission guidelines.
- Update Bid Reports & Pipeline.
- Organize and archive tender documents for future reference.
- Follow up on bid results and maintain records of awards/losses.
- Prepare the bid package and ensure it is compliant with customer requirements
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, contracts, or proposal coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent document control and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of tendering procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good In English (written and spoken).
