Responsibilities

  • Track new tender opportunities (RFQs, RFPs, Tenders).
  • Review tender documents (ITB) and identify key requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Pre-Sales, Finance, Sales, and Legal) to collect required documents.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Update Bid Reports & Pipeline.
  • Organize and archive tender documents for future reference.
  • Follow up on bid results and maintain records of awards/losses.
  • Prepare the bid package and ensure it is compliant with customer requirements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, contracts, or proposal coordination.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent document control and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of tendering procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good In English (written and spoken).
