Responsibilities
- Previous experience leading or building a sales practice
- Experience working with Ministries or federal institutions
- Strong understanding of public procurement law and structured tender cycles
- Proven experience in selling:
- National or multi-site connectivity infrastructure
- Data center and hosting environments
- Cybersecurity and SOC services
- CCaaS, VoIP, and secure communication platforms
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills
- Arabic and English proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, ICT or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 10+ years of B2B or B2G sales experience in telecom, ICT or infrastructure sectors
- Minimum 5 years managing large public accounts
- Proven track-record of delivering multi-million USD annual revenue targets
