Responsibilities
To lead the B2B sales team in achieving targets, growing client relationships, and driving strategic sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key B2B and wholesale clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and client expansion initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Horizon and key accounts, ensuring client needs are proactively addressed.
- Lead negotiations and oversee contract renewals for major clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (ICT, NOC, Field Operations, and Sales) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B account management, preferably within the telecom or ICT industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value client portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong commercial insight and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
