Responsibilities
- Achieve team and individual annual revenue, margin, and backlog targets
- Lead, mentor, and supervise B2B sales executives to ensure performance objectives are met
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans for key enterprise clients
- Drive new business development and expansion within existing accounts
- Oversee complex sales cycles, including negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract closure
- Review and approve proposals, RFP/RFQ submissions, and commercial offers
- Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM management, and performance reporting
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales, delivery, NOC, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Strengthen customer retention and enhance Horizon’s competitive positioning
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- 7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solutions
- Prior experience supervising or leading a sales team
- Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, and enterprise ICT solutions
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills
- Ability to manage executive-level client relationships
- Arabic proficiency required; English is a strong advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field
- Sales leadership or management training is a plus
