Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver assigned annual revenue, backlog, and margin targets. 
  • Manage and grow assigned small and medium-sized business accounts. 
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities across target markets and industries. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. 
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documentation. 
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, operations, technical, and finance teams to facilitate successful deal execution. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting. 
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities. 
  • Support customer retention initiatives and strengthen competitive positioning within assigned accounts. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments. 

Preferred Experience and Skills 

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management practices. 
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology, ICT, telecommunications, digital solutions, or related industries is an advantage. 
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development. 
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience. 
  • Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology, industrial, or enterprise solutions sectors is an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
