Responsibilities
To manage and grow relationships with key business clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B, and wholesale clients.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning services with client needs.
- Act as the main point of contact between Horizon and strategic clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with major accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (ICT, NOC, Field, and Sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management within telecom or ICT sectors.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
