Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven Account Managers (Sales) to drive new business and revenue growth for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. This role is sales-focused, requiring skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals with enterprise and government clients.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments with potential clients and tailor BPO & CCaaS solutions to address their challenges.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Lead contract negotiations to secure high-value deals.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts for services such as Connecivity Solutions, ICT solutions, and Internet solutions.
- Revenue & Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Bid & Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and respond to RFPs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1- to -2 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT , Startups Business , Or e-commerces apps .
- Sales Skills : Proven ability to generate new business, develop client relationships, and close complex sales deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of contact center solutions, omnichannel CX platforms, and digital engagement tools.
