Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned annual revenue, backlog, and margin targets.
- Manage and grow assigned small and medium-sized business accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities across target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, operations, technical, and finance teams to facilitate successful deal execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
- Support customer retention initiatives and strengthen competitive positioning within assigned accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology, ICT, telecommunications, digital solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology, industrial, or enterprise solutions sectors is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
