Responsibilities
Vendor Contract & SLA Management
- Negotiate, formalize, and maintain contracts with all ICT technology vendors and partners, including pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Ensure all active vendor contracts are reviewed and renewed on schedule
- Maintain a structured vendor SLA repository accessible to Pre-Sales and PMO
RFQ Response & Pricing
- Own the end-to-end RFQ process triggered by Pre-Sales, with a committed response SLA
- Maintain updated reference pricing from all active vendors in coordination with Product Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for all vendor interactions at and post-lead qualification
Vendor Certification & Compliance
- Manage and track ICT vendor certifications required for resale and delivery
- Ensure Horizon maintains required certification levels to protect commercial agreements
- Escalate and resolve vendor delivery issues or delays during active project execution
Partnerships Development
- Identify and onboard new technology partners aligned with the ICT product roadmap
- Negotiate reseller and distribution agreements to extend Horizon’s ICT portfolio reach
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key vendors to secure preferential pricing and support
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years in vendor management, channel partnerships, or procurement in an ICT or technology environment
- Proven track record of negotiating technology contracts and managing partner ecosystems
- Experience working with major ICT vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Dell or equivalent)
Certifications
- Relevant vendor partner certifications (e.g. Cisco Channel, Microsoft Partner) – Preferred
- CIPS or equivalent procurement/supply chain certification – Optional
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of ICT solution stack: networking, cybersecurity, cloud, storage, and SaaS
- Knowledge of vendor commercial structures: reseller margins, back-end rebates, deal registration
- Proficiency in Collaborative systems and contract management tools
Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation and commercial communication skills
- Relationship-driven: capable of building and sustaining long-term vendor partnerships
- Structured and process-oriented: able to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously
- Arabic and English, fluent
