B2G Senior Sales Account Executive Lead

Responsibilities
- Deliver annual revenue, backlog, and margin targets within the South B2G portfolio
- Lead engagement with government-linked Oil & Gas entities, ports authorities, and infrastructure bodies
- Manage complex public tenders and RFP processes in compliance-driven environments
- Structure multi-site connectivity, data center, cybersecurity, and managed services agreements
- Build executive-level relationships with ministry representatives, directors, and technical committees
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecast discipline
- Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, NOC, legal, and finance teams for successful execution
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience leading or building a public sales practice
- Strong background in Energy and Utilities, including experience in selling:
- Core Enterprise IT and data infrastructure
- High availability connectivity solutions for multi-site and remote operations
- Cybersecurity, surveillance, remote monitoring, and managed security services
- Integrated ICT products and solutions, including VoIP, enterprise software, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of compliance-driven and regulated procurement frameworks
- Arabic and English proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, ICT or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 10+ years of B2B or B2G sales experience in telecom, ICT or infrastructure sectors
- Minimum 5 years managing large public or semi-governmental accounts
- Proven track-record of delivering multi-million USD annual revenue targets
