Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent planning.
- Establish and monitor HR KPIs to measure effectiveness and impact.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR policies, systems, and processes.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure effective onboarding programs to support employee integration and retention.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Design and oversee the performance management framework, including KPIs and appraisal cycles.
- Guide managers on performance coaching, goal setting, and development planning.
- Identify high-potential talent and implement succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee learning and development strategies aligned with business needs.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Lead employee relations strategy, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and investigations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace culture.
- Promote a collaborative, performance-driven, and inclusive environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and documentation for strategic decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and resource allocation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Set clear performance objectives and monitor team KPIs.
- Build team capability and succession readiness within the HR function.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strategic HR Management Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Leadership & People Management Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop HR teams.
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, succession planning, and performance systems.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Deep understanding of labor law compliance and best-practice employee relations management.
- HR Analytics & Reporting Ability to analyze HR data and generate insights for leadership decision-making.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong command of English and Arabic
