Responsibilities
- Support the execution of transformation initiatives across all workstreams (Organization, Data, Operations)
- Conduct market research and analysis to support the transformation objectives
- Prepare and build key strategic documents
- Track initiative execution progress, with respective owners
- Coordinate cross-functional actions between key teams and stakeholders (Sales, ICT, PMO, Delivery and Finance)
- Own and deliver critical transformation initiatives
- Support in transformation communications and reporting to Management and ExCo
- Document processes, governance frameworks and SOPs
- Consolidate diagnostic findings and transformation insights into structured deliverables
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in PMO, or business analysis, or strategy roles
- Preferred experience in telecom, ICT, or B2B environments
- Strong data structuring and visualization capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level summaries
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, and Project Management tools
