Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue, margin, and backlog targets
  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-size and key enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities across target industries
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and contract closure
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and executive-level presentations
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, NOC, and Finance teams to structure competitive solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to strengthen positioning

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of 5–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, and enterprise ICT solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship management skills at operational and executive levels
  • Arabic proficiency required; English is a strong advantage

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field
  • Formal sales training or certifications are a plus
