Responsibilities

  • Achieve team and individual annual revenue, margin, and backlog targets
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise B2B sales executives to ensure performance objectives are met
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans for key enterprise clients
  • Drive new business development and expansion within existing accounts
  • Oversee complex sales cycles, including negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract closure
  • Review and approve proposals, RFP/RFQ submissions, and commercial offers
  • Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM management, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate closely with pre-sales, delivery, NOC, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Strengthen customer retention and enhance Horizon’s competitive positioning

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solutions
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a sales team
  • Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, and enterprise ICT solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage executive-level client relationships
  • Arabic proficiency required; English is a strong advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field
  • Sales leadership or management training is a plus
