B2B Senior Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue, margin, and backlog targets
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-size and key enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities across target industries
- Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and contract closure
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, NOC, and Finance teams to structure competitive solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to strengthen positioning
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of 5–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, and enterprise ICT solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship management skills at operational and executive levels
- Arabic proficiency required; English is a strong advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, ICT, or related field
- Formal sales training or certifications are a plus
