B2B Senior Sales Executive Lead – Real Estate

Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual revenue, backlog and margin targets within the Real Estate portfolio
  • Identify large-scale development projects early in their life cycle
  • Manage relationships with developers, property owners, project directors, and institutional decision makers
  • Engage Embassies and diplomatic missions requiring high-security connectivity environments
  • Lead infrastructure negotiations for FTTH deployments, bulk internet, and DIA contracts
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast reliability
  • Coordinate with the pre-sale, delivery, NOC and Finance team to ensure smooth execution
  • Supervise and coach Junior KAMs within the unit

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience leading or building a sector-focused sales practice
  • Strong experience in selling infrastructure-based solutions, including:
    • FTTH and bulk internet services for compounds and developments
    • Dedicated Internet Access for commercial building and embassies
    • Smart Building IoT ecosystems integrated at design stage
    • Integrated surveillance and security network architecture
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles aligned with construction timelines
  • Experience structuring long term infrastructure agreements with recurring revenue models
  • Ability to engage early in development planning phases and influence technical specs
  • Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills
  • Arabic and English proficiency

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, ICT or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, ICT or infrastructure sectors
  • Minimum 5 years managing large Real Estate, infrastructure or institutional accounts
  • Proven track-record of delivering multi-million USD annual revenue targets
