Responsibilities
1- Product Ownership:
• Define and maintain CRM roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Prioritize backlog and manage feature releases
• Own features’ business cases development and ROI analysis
2- Technical Delivery:
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions: configuration vs. custom development
• Oversee Apex, Lightning, and SFDX development
• Manage integrations via ETL (Talend) and APIs
3- Data and Analytics:
• Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM initiatives
• Analyze usage data to inform product decisions
• Monitor platform performance and user behavior
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
- 5+ years in Product ownership or CRM leadership role
Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (e.g. ADM201) – Required
- Salesforce Developer – Optional
Technical Skills:
- Expert: Salesforce config, workflows, automation
- Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SFDX
- Integration: Talend Open Studio, REST/SOAP APIs
- Tools: Monday/Jira, Dataloader, Git
Soft Skills:
- Stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset and business sense
- Arabic and English, fluent
