Responsibilities
- Support strategic marketing planning.
- Assist in brand development and campaign execution.
- Manage customer insights through journey mapping and feedback tools.
- Contribute to user experience improvement efforts.
- Conduct market and competitor research for strategic insights.
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance.
- Coordinate ICT events and related logistics.
- Handle event materials and post-event processes.
- Support loyalty program implementation and tracking.
- Assist in PR and corporate communication
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding.
- Experience in market research, customer journey mapping, and loyalty programs is an advantage.
