Manages end-to-end import logistics and customs clearance for Horizon’s operations. Ensures timely and compliant delivery of all inbound goods by coordinating with procurement, warehouse, delivery teams, and external vendors.

• Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies

• ⁠Maintain accurate records in ERP and support financial/audit reporting

• Ensure delivery readiness aligned with project schedules

• ⁠Optimize logistics costs and improve process efficiency

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in import/export operations

• ⁠In-depth knowledge of Iraqi customs procedures and compliance

• ⁠Familiarity with ERP and shipping systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
