Responsibilities

The B2G Key Account Manager drives revenue growth, ensures client satisfaction, and manages strategic B2G accounts through strong relationships and seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2G clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning services with client needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Horizon and strategic clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with major accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ICT, NOC, Field, and Sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within telecom or ICT sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer data.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions, cloud services, and enterprise networking.
  • Experience with CRM tools and key account planning frameworks.
