Responsibilities
This entry-level role supports the end-to-end presales and delivery lifecycle across all ICT solution domains, including network, security, cloud, and infrastructure. The PreSales Support Expert ensures alignment, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness during the handover phase from sales to delivery. The position offers hands-on learning in real project environments and is designed as a stepping-stone toward a specialist role or transition into the PMO organization, depending on aptitude and business needs.
- Assist in preparing and validating technical documentation, solution configurations, and BoQs during presales efforts.
- Facilitate seamless handover processes between Presales and Delivery teams, ensuring all scope and configuration details are captured and communicated.
- Track and follow up on all post-sale delivery steps, including logistics/imports, installation coordination, testing milestones, and customer sign-offs.
- Maintain updated project records in delivery tracking tools and provide weekly progress reports to Presales and PMO.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, vendors, and delivery engineers to ensure materials and resources are aligned with implementation timelines.
- Support minor solution configuration or documentation tasks, progressively expanding technical exposure under mentorship from ICT experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or presales assistance.
- Foundational understanding of networking, cloud, and ICT infrastructure.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project tracking tools like Excel, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn from senior professionals.
