This role is responsible for designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and financial models that drive strategic decision-making across Horizon. It involves gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting leadership with timely, accurate financial intelligence to guide business planning and performance management.

• Design and deliver monthly financial and operational dashboards.
• Maintain KPI tracking systems for project and finance teams.
• Integrate data from ERP and project systems for reporting accuracy.
• Support forecast planning and variance analysis.
• Deliver insights that enhance revenue growth and cost control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or data analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and support strategic decision-making through actionable insights.
