Responsibilities
- Understand the B2B Sales and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets.
- Implement the B2B Sales policies and procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales target in terms of revenue growth and customer growth.
- Ensure customers are aware of full range of Horizon Scope services/products/offers/renewals which may be relevant to their needs in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Accurately complete all sales-related administrative details for efficiency
- Coordinate with relevant Departments on billing transactions in order to finalize the customer’s payment on the system.
- Update sales leads and sales engagements.
- Acquire new government and business customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
- Reporting and Administration by prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technologies related field or equivalent.
- Good In English language (Reading and writing).
- Good Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
