Responsibilities

  • Understand the B2B Sales and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets.
  • Implement the B2B Sales policies and procedures.
  • Achieve assigned sales target in terms of revenue growth and customer growth.
  • Ensure customers are aware of full range of Horizon Scope services/products/offers/renewals which may be relevant to their needs in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Accurately complete all sales-related administrative details for efficiency
  • Coordinate with relevant Departments on billing transactions in order to finalize the customer’s payment on the system.
  • Update sales leads and sales engagements.
  • Acquire new government and business customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
  • Reporting and Administration by prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technologies related field or equivalent.
  • Good In English language (Reading and writing).
  • Good Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
